We don’t do Pilates to be good at Pilates but to enhance the way we want to live our lives, moving with ease and confidence in whatever we are doing.

Small Hall Bellfield

Face to face classes are held at Bellfield on Bellfield Street.

Current term dates are: Tuesday the 16th April up until the Friday the 28th June.

Monday 7.30pm – Intermediate, online only

Tuesday 9.15am – post beginners/remedial. In person

Tuesday 10.30am – Beginners. In person

Wednesday 10.30am – seated. Online only

Thursday 7.15am – Intermediate/Advanced, Online only

Thursday 9.15am – Intermediate. In person

Friday 9.15am – Post beginner/remedial, Online only

Friday 6.15pm – General, In person

All classes are 1 hour long except for the seated class which is 45mins.
